In het Les Jardins des Douars hotel in Marokko werd onze TadelaktPro coating gekozen voor een groot project van 6.000 m². TadelaktPro werd verkozen boven de traditionele Marokkaanse tadelakt vanwege het gebruiksgemak en de tijdsefficiëntie. Terwijl bij traditionele tadelakt een kamer één tot twee maanden gesloten moet blijven, kan met onze coating een kamer in slechts één tot twee weken heropend worden, waardoor het inkomstenverlies voor het luxehotel aanzienlijk beperkt wordt.
Met effecten die identiek zijn aan die van oosterse tadelakt, een zijdezacht, warm en sensueel gevoel en een waterdichte afwerking voldeed TadelaktPro aan de esthetische en praktische eisen van het project en creëerde het elegante en tijdloze ruimtes.

The decision to work with TadelaktPro instead of traditional Tadelakt was driven by several key factors, as highlighted by the owner of Les Jardins des Douars:

• Drying Time: TadelaktPro dries in just a few days, compared to the 2 to 3 months required for traditional Tadelakt. This was a crucial consideration for them as a hotel, as the financial loss from having to close rooms for such an extended drying period would have been substantial.
• Color Range: ClayLime offers a wide palette with contemporary, natural tones, which is not the case with traditional Tadelakt.
• Color Precision: With traditional Tadelakt, the final color after drying can be unpredictable. In contrast, TadelaktPro provides much more consistency in color (as long as a consistent pigment dosage between 10% and 15% is maintained).
• Maintenance and Touch-Ups: Due to the unpredictability of colors in traditional Tadelakt, maintenance touch-ups are nearly impossible. With TadelaktPro, achieving a good result is easier, although it’s still advisable to redo an entire wall section for the best outcome, as simply repairing a small area in the middle of a wall can be quite noticeable.
