À l’hôtel Les Jardins des Douars, au Maroc, nous avons réalisé un vaste projet de 6 000 mètres carrés en utilisant notre plâtre TadelaktPro. Chaque chambre de l’hôtel a été conçue avec une ambiance unique, mettant en valeur la polyvalence et l’élégance de TadelaktPro. Cet enduit traditionnel marocain à base de chaux, connu pour sa finition lisse et polie, confère un sentiment d’authenticité et de luxe à chaque espace. L’atmosphère distinctive de chaque chambre est renforcée par les différentes applications de TadelaktPro, qui complètent magnifiquement les riches couleurs et textures de la décoration intérieure de l’hôtel, créant ainsi une expérience véritablement immersive et luxueuse pour les clients.

The decision to work with TadelaktPro instead of traditional Tadelakt was driven by several key factors, as highlighted by the owner of Les Jardins des Douars:

• Drying Time: TadelaktPro dries in just a few days, compared to the 2 to 3 months required for traditional Tadelakt. This was a crucial consideration for them as a hotel, as the financial loss from having to close rooms for such an extended drying period would have been substantial.
• Color Range: ClayLime offers a wide palette with contemporary, natural tones, which is not the case with traditional Tadelakt.
• Color Precision: With traditional Tadelakt, the final color after drying can be unpredictable. In contrast, TadelaktPro provides much more consistency in color (as long as a consistent pigment dosage between 10% and 15% is maintained).
• Maintenance and Touch-Ups: Due to the unpredictability of colors in traditional Tadelakt, maintenance touch-ups are nearly impossible. With TadelaktPro, achieving a good result is easier, although it’s still advisable to redo an entire wall section for the best outcome, as simply repairing a small area in the middle of a wall can be quite noticeable.
