Our complete range is suitable for indoor wall use. Resistant and breathable, Claystone and Creatina can also be applied to exterior facades. The choice of product depends on the type of surface and the desired finish. All our plasters are resistant and durable, as long as they are correctly applied and protected.
In bathrooms, our plasters should be applied by a professional following the protection recommendations. Only MonoSoft and Creatina are recommended for shower walls, as long as they are properly constructed, completely rigid, and waterproof.
Avoid using on shower floors, as they are prone to issues due to limescale deposits, falling objects, shampoos weakening the varnishes, etc.
Advice
- All our plasters are applied to a wall surface ready for painting.
- For a natural stone effect, we recommend Claystone. Wonderstone is ideal for easily covering large surfaces.
- MonoSoft and Creatina are perfect for shower walls.
- Our TadelaktPro is exclusively reserved for solidly built substrates.
- For a ‘tadelakt effect’ only, we recommend using MonoSoft.
- We advise always having our products applied by a professional applicator who has undergone ClayLime training.
- We strongly recommend that installers take a short training beforehand to become familiar with the ease of application of our products and the best practices to follow.
- Always follow the instructions and application videos available on our website.
- Since each applicator has their own technique, we advise always approving a sample before executing a project.
Advantages
- Our plasters are applied to walls in 2 layers with a maximum thickness of 2mm on a clean, dry, and crack-free surface, respecting the drying times for each step.
- You don’t need to demolish an old tiled wall; you can perfectly cover it with our plasters. Ideal for renovation and saves a lot of hassle. For application on tiles (in good condition), use a Gitex or a high-quality fiber-reinforced leveling compound before applying our plasters.
- With our plasters, you can achieve various unique and elegant finishes, from pronounced Italian stucco effects and natural stone look to a soft tadelakt look.
